Orders placed after 3pm (Eastern Time) will normally be shipped out within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Business days include monday through friday, excluding nationally and locally recognized holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BestBrazilianJeans.com an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order, and are based on the total weight of products being ordered;
Tracking information may not be available for the first 2 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
All orders are subject to verification, and in the case it does not verify immediately, there will be a delay. Please follow instructions on the checkout for fastest verification. We may also call you to verify an order.In the event that an order is lost/damaged in shipping, we will complete a claims policy with the carrier, after which time you will receive a refund.
Special note about international orders, customs, and import duties:
Shipping to Canada: When you place an order at BestBrazilianJeans.com, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties are determined as a percentage of the price quoted in our catalogue and differ for each item purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by Canadian law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

- If orders are returned to us undeliverable, you may be responsible for payment of any related duties or extra shipping expenses incurred.
- Occassionally, delays may occur in customs (especially for USPS Priority International). These delays are not part of the quoted delivery times.
- For orders sent via USPS Priority International, the U.S. Post office requires a minimum of 45 days before filing a claim for the reason mentioned above. For greater reliability, we recommend choosing any one of the other shipping methods available as these can be tracked (USPS Priority Intl. cannot be tracked).
